After you accept the written quote I open one Stripe checkout for the agreed amount. Work starts once that payment is in.
Payments are Stripe-hosted card checkouts — never a bank transfer to chase. A webhook confirms the payment automatically.
Not necessarily. Most clients pay the full quoted amount in one Stripe checkout before I start.
If you want to split it, I can send multiple invoices — we agree the amounts and timing in writing before anything is payable.
You get a licence to run the delivered site for your business — your branding, content, and domain stay yours. I retain my reusable toolkit (patterns, admin structure, and generic code) so I can work efficiently across clients.

Most clients are UK-based, but remote projects work fine when time zones and communication overlap.

Yes — that is how the tiers are designed. Launch is a professional site you can update yourself. Scale adds more pages plus one admin tool from the shared list; Connect adds a second; Operate a third; Automate covers four. A fifth tool is quoted separately if you need it. Some tools need another pick first — Email & promotions needs Card payments, so that pairing starts at Connect.
Later additions build on the same site and admin, so nothing you paid for is thrown away.
